How we protect your data

Data collected through the website is gathered in the cloud services previously stated, namely ZenDesk Sell, GSuite, Hotjar, TicketTailor, and Pipedrive. The services provided by them are covered by GDPR compliant data processing agreements.

The website in itself is hosted by Loopia AB.

What data breach procedures we have in place

There is a data breach/crisis management procedure in place to:

Secure data.
Minimize the damages.
Investigate whether any personal data has been accessed. In the case of illicit access, the data owners are made aware of the incident.
Solve the root cause of the incident.

Google Analytics

Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO), we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
